1. After pre-cleansing, cleansing and toning, apply Vita-Peptide C-Quence Serum 2 and follow with Antioxidant Defence Cream morning and evening.

2. Use for a minimum of 2-3 bottles before progressing to Vita-Peptide C-Quence Serum 3.
