Pick-Up Your Order

You can collect your order directly from the Fountain of Youth studio. We will notify you via WhatsApp once your order is ready for collection.

Delivery

We offer delivery across Malta.

FREE DELIVERY
Orders over €100 qualify for free delivery.

STANDARD DELIVERY
A €5 delivery fee applies to orders under €100.

Orders are usually delivered within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order is ready, we will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange delivery.

Payment

Payment is required in advance.

We accept:

  • PayPal

  • Revolut

  • BOV Mobile

For Revolut or BOV Mobile payments, please use +356 99300592.

Once payment has been made, please send us your full name, contact number and delivery address, together with proof of payment.

Order Confirmation

Your order will only be processed once payment has been received and confirmed.

Returns & Exchanges

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to request a return or exchange.

Due to the nature of the products we sell, items cannot be returned once opened or used. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Products cannot be returned if:

  • The product has been opened or the manufacturer's seal or hologram has been broken.

  • The product has been used.

  • The packaging has been damaged to the extent that the product is no longer in resalable condition.

Products may be returned if:

  • The product has not been opened or used.

  • The product is in its original, perfect and resalable condition.

  • The product is returned within 14 days of receipt, subject to our return conditions.

Product Reactions

If you experience a reaction or unexpected issue with a product purchased from us, please stop using the product and contact us as soon as possible.

Please report the issue by getting in touch with us including your order details and a description of the reaction.

Our team will review your concerns and advise you on the next steps.
