You will be automatically signed up in the FOY Rewards Club from your first visit or purchase and can start collecting points with us straight away. Once you have an account with us, points will be added automatically to your account every time you visit or shop.

Open the Fresha app/website, tap the Profile icon, and select Wallet.

Under the Loyalty Rewards section, tap Fountain of Youth to see your total points and rewards.

When making a booking, simply let our team know which reward you’d like to use for your next appointment. Our receptionists will also let you know when you have enough points for a free treatment!

To book your free add-on treatment (Hand or Foot Treatment / LED Light Therapy), it must be booked alongside a facial. Just let us know when you’re booking your next facial that you’d like to add it, and we’ll include it for free!

Yes, your points will expire after 12 months from the date they were earned. To make the most of your rewards, be sure to use them before they expire.

If you return an item, any points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account once the return is processed.

If you currently have an old FOY loyalty card, you will have until 31st March 2026 to use it. If you don’t manage to complete or use it by then, don’t worry, we will transfer the remaining value into points in our new digital Rewards Club on your next visit.

Redeeming Rewards

• The 10% discount reward cannot be combined with other discount sales or promo codes.

• Treatment rewards are subject to our cancellation policy, cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit the reward.

• Add-on treatments (LED Light Therapy or Hand/Foot) must be booked with a facial to redeem.

• Points expire 1 year after they are earned.

• Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Loyalty rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other ongoing offer.
