At Fountain of Youth, we value your time and our therapists' time.

Our booking policy is designed to ensure appointments run smoothly and that we can offer the best possible service to all our clients.

Please take a moment to read our booking and cancellation policy before making your appointment.

Deposits

To secure your appointment, a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received. If a deposit is not paid, we reserve the right to cancel or release the appointment without notice. Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

Regular Clients: You may choose to keep your deposit on your account and carry it forward to future appointments, avoiding the need to pay a new deposit each time you book.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide notice by 12:00 PM on the business day before your appointment, appointments cancelled after this deadline will forfeit the deposit. Providing sufficient notice allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment to another client and helps us minimise lost appointment time.

As Fountain of Youth is closed on Sundays and Mondays, any appointments booked for Tuesday must be cancelled or rescheduled by 12:00 PM on Saturday.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in future bookings being restricted or declined at our discretion.

Late Arrivals

We understand that unexpected delays can happen, so we allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals.

If you know you are going to be late, please call us as soon as possible so we can advise whether your appointment can still go ahead.

Please note that arriving late may mean that your treatment time is shortened accordingly, so that we can respect the appointments of other clients.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten, modify or cancel the treatment, depending on the appointment and therapist availability. In this situation, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.

No-Shows

A no-show is when a client does not attend their scheduled appointment and has not contacted us in advance. A 50% charge of the booked treatment price will apply to no-shows. Future bookings may also require additional payment upfront or may not be accepted.

Gift vouchers

If you are booking with a gift voucher, please provide your voucher code at the time of booking. Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and must be used within their validity period.

Clients booking with a valid gift voucher are not required to pay a deposit. However, your appointment time is still reserved exclusively for you. If you fail to attend your appointment, or cancel outside of our cancellation policy, your voucher will be redeemed and considered used.
